Process Cum Manufacturing Engineer (Precision Machining)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead a team of machinists for micro part machining and manufacturing.
• Support production of machined parts by programming, setting up, and operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine.
• Improve process capability and production volume while maintaining and improving quality standards.
• Responsible for maintenance of the machinery
• Carry out process problem solving & improvement.
• Work with supplier to establish purchasing specification.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma/ITC in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering.
• Min. 2-3 years experience in precision machining environment
• Knowledge and experience in AutoCAD – CNC programming
• Able to work both independently and as a team
• Possess continuous Improvement ‘mind-set’

Design Engineer (Product Design)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the design of product/precision components.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Dip holder in Mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• 3-5 years Mechanical Design experience for test socket/Jig & Fixture/precision parts.
• Familiar with tool room and CNC machining processes preferred.
• Proficient in Solidworks software.
• Candidates with more years of relevant exp will be considered for senior posts.
