Process Cum Manufacturing Engineer (Precision Machining)<\/h4>\n

RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Lead a team of machinists for micro part machining and manufacturing.
\u2022 Support production of machined parts by programming, setting up, and operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine.
\u2022 Improve process capability and production volume while maintaining and improving quality standards.
\u2022 Responsible for maintenance of the machinery
\u2022 Carry out process problem solving & improvement.
\u2022 Work with supplier to establish purchasing specification.<\/p>\n

REQUIREMENTS:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Diploma\/ITC in Mechanical \/ Manufacturing Engineering.
\u2022 Min. 2-3 years experience in precision machining environment
\u2022 Knowledge and experience in AutoCAD \u2013 CNC programming
\u2022 Able to work both independently and as a team
\u2022 Possess continuous Improvement \u2018mind-set\u2019<\/p>\n

    \u2022 Responsible for the design of product\/precision components.<\/p>\n

    \u2022 Dip holder in Mechanical engineering or equivalent.
    \u2022 3-5 years Mechanical Design experience for test socket\/Jig & Fixture\/precision parts.
    \u2022 Familiar with tool room and CNC machining processes preferred.
    \u2022 Proficient in Solidworks software.
    \u2022 Candidates with more years of relevant exp will be considered for senior posts.<\/p>\n
